personality - Very observant and likes to talk. Although he lacks a school education, Rive knows how to do and make things with finesse (IE hunting tools, shelter, boats, etc)

bio - Grew up as an orphan on the island of Dylas (part of a headworld island chain of mine and swails's), and was taken in by a nearby crocodile woman who had just traveled from another of the islands to visit. She decided to stay and raise him (liking this island better than her own), but first looked for his parents, who couldn't be found anywhere. She taught Rive how to fish, and together they eventually built a house on the shoreline and lived there, near the village, but far enough away that they didn't have much guests. His mother is getting old now, but is still hanging on.
Rive likes to make friends, and talk too. He impresses a lot of people with his carving and music, as they were things that his mother taught him and they seemed so foreign and amazing (the islanders rarely come in contact with other islands, getting a travel boat is very risky). Even though he lives out in a more rural setting, his mother often sends him to get groceries in town, which makes him happy and gives him a chance to see more people.
He often makes pigments and dyes and marks himself!!
