Turns out that my boss and I get along fairly well, and have been having amusing email exchanges. This is more than a lot of people can speak for, I'm very grateful for it.
Our exchange has grown bizarre however, what with my assortment of critters and our discussion of facial hair. The suggestion for creating dapper snails was had, but he thought the list of accessories would look better on the brain. "Perhaps walking a snail. Might as well go full bore on this."
I cannot say that this is normal, I won't pretend it isn't weird.
But it is awesome.
He was kind enough to send me a scan of the picture. I still haven't set my scanner up yet, and have a terribly large amount of pages to go through in terms of scanning.
It feels nice to draw for myself again, I do not get enough time to.
