I was actually thinking he meant he wanted to buy the hyena clans. When slavery was a big market in colonial times, chieftains in Africa would raid rival tribes to procure slaves to sell... and this would continue until they ran out of rival tribes, then the white slave traders would just take their "business partners" as slaves.

On a side note very awesome story line and art as always (love the art, REALLY love the eyes. Especially those dragon eyes. ). I love the characters and I can't wait to see the different armies technologies and civilizations. It feels like a real world you've built here.

AND HERE I WAS HOPING MY THEORY WAS WRONG. This just makes it seem all the more semi-likely. ; ; What if Luther was one of the ones that 'got away?' Maybe he destroyed their 'hunting grounds' too, that's why they call him The Defiler. Because he destroyed a sacred part of their territory or something.

wow things just got a whole lot more sinister he may look like a nice dragon but this guy seems all the more wicked the longer he is shown, as for the your people bit sounds like he intends to buy the clan one at a time if he must this would include everything they own including amon and dhaval, rukis you mentioned that w would not look at that admiral the same way I think I might see what your getting at now but we will see.
