I think as a result of this image i'm going to try changing to a different raw editor, I've been using Darktable on Ubuntu for a while but I've had RawTherapee installed for a while and I wasn't happy with the noise in this image but I seem to get much less noise with RawTherapee it just seems a bit clunkier to use
