What started out as a Fluttershy recolor during H105 turned into this, Twinklefrost.

Colors: White fading to robin's egg blue at tips of body, mane/tail color Salmon.
Cutie Mark: Three medium purple snowflake doodles with elevated centers.
Reason for name: Her 'job' primarily consists in the wintertime, before the other ponies wake up she spreads the sheer glitter over the snow so when the sun hits it just right, it appears blinding to everypony else.
