Another Jeff Wood piece from my collection, this one dates back 20 years to the old OVA, Ozenari Dungeon:

This bit of art is odd, as it seems to be a combination of cel painting and collage, with the colored pieces cut out and laminated in place.
Apologies for the slight blurriness; my scanner doesn't always handle matted art very well.
