Misunderstanding Comics rejected pages: Who likes comics?
More fun with Misunderstanding Comics! This is another page that we tried and tried to beat into shape but it just resisted all out best efforts. Oh, there's some good stuff on here. Maybe some of it is good enough to salvage. Mostly just that Elfquest panel. I like that one. But you won't see this page as it appears here anywhere else. And I'm not just saying that because of that big weird white space at the time. This is another page that just didn't make enough people LAUGH OUT LOUD. We have really high standards for this book.

Wait, isn't Tintin, like, a decade older than Superman though, somehow? I sorta think that might count as The Old Days also? I mean, its all funny and all but the part of my brain dedicated to sounding like Comic Book Guy is acting up.
Anyway, if all the for-real pages are as fun (or funnier) than the rejected ones, I'm sure the finished thing's going to be a hoot!

Not laugh out loud? Well... I admit, I didn't get the joke about comics for old people. I'm getting to be an old people, but didn't understand the joke. Does that make me older than I think? Are there really comics for old people? Where can I find some?
But I suspect you mean Marvel comics. Marvel comics are for very old people, some of whom have grown up to be movie producers, and that's why we have to endure a new Spiderman or Batman relaunch every three years or so.
