Tisias is Euxodus' grandson in "Fading of the World." He's half-lizardman, hence the tail, beak-teeth, and non-functional wings. He's in the family trade, such as it exists in a time when most magic has been either banned or lost. He started off doing minor potions and stronger stuff under the table (using the legit alchemy shop as a front for the illegal one and for practicing banned magic). Upon discovering a map in his alchemy book and getting a death threat from the magistrate, he went off on a quest to see what the map led to, and what happens after that hasn't happened yet.
