This is Flipper, one of my Exalted characters. He's a dolphin-totem Lunar who knows the first several charms of Crystal Chameleon style. At right is his warform. (Yes, I realize none of my watchers probably play White Wolf RPG's and thus have no idea what I'm talking about. Basically, he's a shapeshifter with a dolphin as his main form. Piss him off, and he becomes this and kicks the offender's ass despite not having feet.)
Thanks to the stacking of a few aquatic mutations while in warform and some speed-enhancing charms, plus a Gem of Perfect Mobility and a tweaked version of the Fire-aspect anima flux hearthstone (to give him an aura of water that he can swim in), he can move normally at 311 mph and dash for three-second bursts of 2,029 mph. This is without some of the basic Lunar speed-enhancement charms; if I devoted more XP to them, he could go even more absurdly fast. I'm pretty sure that if Creation weren't flat and surrounded by a crystal dome, he could achieve escape velocity if he darn well felt like it.
