$24 Full Color commission for WalkingStalker http://www.furaffinity.net/user/walkingstalker/ of his character Jack using what she's learned from conventional practice in a most brutal of ways.
The idea was to take the sort of artistry of Jack's ballet lessons to her more practical profession which involves tearing into poor saps. Initially I thought I was doing the same pose but just in the tutu and then it sort of warped mid-sketch into some other concept. Trying to mirror the sort of poses in terms of direction and extension is sort of a pain. Ballerinas extend poses and killer samurai chicks just do whatever they want. Tried though. Blue to contrast red, more brightness on the left to try and balance to the right. Red is still an attention getting color and couldn't really fight it.
