Tried doing a landscape and really struggled with this... I've kinda trailed off on this as I felt I was unable to improve it and fix the weakness in the picture. I'm starting to understand now that every time I struggle with something or make a crap result it shows me what I need to work on. In that regard it was a huge success hah!
I learned that I really need to do a rough sketch, not blob down colour right off the bat, I learned detailing rocks is difficult and realized how helpful colour variety is in making something look a lot less bland x3

Looks pretty nice to me. The rock faces could do with a tad more rough texture as you don't often find smooth rocks naturally, especially so above the water there. You should keep it smooth a bit above the waterline to indicate where the waves beat against the rock and erode it gradually however. Doing those two things might help your rocks look more like you were thinking of.
I do really like how you did the water itself, it came out nicely.

Do you use a tablet that makes use of pressure sensitivity? I find a neat way to roughen the texture of rocks is to use one of those speckled/dissolve style brushes and vary the pressure whilst making streaks and such over the image area in need of texture. Mixing two or three such brushes overlaid gives a nice non-uniform effect.
