The Watershaper
I much interested about "waterbending" abilities from Avatar cartoon series ("Legend of Aang" and "Legend of Korra"), so I did a watershaping magic for Wraginor the anthro water (or aquatic) dragon.
Also, this is a part of practice in anatomy (for perspective arms, chest and legs), musculature and partly-dynamic action with a magic casting.

Taking in mind body anatomy and how muscles work, this character is far weaker than how he looks. This kind of muscles won't work as they are for showing off only, and because the character doesn't have the body mass of a muscled up person (huge difference between beachboy muscles and real muscles).
First his Tsunami? NOW IT'S WATERBENDING MAGIC???? I COULD FREAKING HUG YOU! Sorry, I lost control there... Anyways, I still think he looks cool. You said he was compassionate right? That seemingly fits after what I read. His whiskers and fins fit even better now that I look closer at them. Super job!
Yeah, tsunami was so powerful, but I made him less magical like water-control or "waterbending" *winks*
Sure, he is kind and very friendly water dragon. You may able to meet and know whatever he has, and he likes it.
Thank you for comment about Wraginor. :D
