So apparently I durped on the Livestream attempt last night. c.c I will try again shortly, and hopefully get it right this time. Anyway! This was what I was working on. I acquired a ginormous bottle of UV reactive blacklight ink, and I wanted to see if it might be usable to make badges that would glow.

It does! =D

I used Carnation, one of my characters, as a test subject. Shiiiiiiny! Her bikini glitters faintly in normal light, thanks to some metallic watercolors, and her glowsticks and hoops all glow under blacklight. I went a little nuts and painted UV ink all around the band of white I left on the badge, too, so that's the ink. The paper doesn't fluoresce.

Dunno if anybody would be interested in one of these, but price-wise, I'm thinking $30.00. It doesn't have to be glowsticks or rave themed, but for reference, the UV ink works best over lighter colors. Badges are roughly 4"x6", and they'll include a little seed bead hanger like you see in the scan. Free shipping in the US, add $2 for international since I can mail these in a regular envelope. =)
