Yeah! The charr are big ol' cat beasts. Their lore is pretty cool, they are basically the opposite of the tauren. they hate their old religion/shaman flim-flam and are all 'bout builing monstrous iron contraptions. from someone who played cat dps/pvp for 6 years I can say that playing thief in GW2 is just as- if not more- active and fast.

The character customization is SUPERB and there is no monthly fee (which I am just shocked at, given the quality of the game). I'm not sure what server I'll be on just yet, but it doesn't even matter. Because if you have friends on other servers, you can play with them any time in a dungeon or just plain ol' exploring. The only time server matters is WvWvW, which are THREE WHOLE SERVERS who battle one another in one huge pvp map.

I can't gush about GW2 enough, I am so happy the beta weekends really met my expectations for the game.

It's probably silly to base it just on beta, but I loved the general community in gw2 during play. I seriously can't think of anything bad to say about that game, I've never been so excited for a game before! Last time was maybe in middle school for Diablo 2 haha
