i got it as a free gift from Club Nintendo for being a gold member, because i bought and registered a bunch of Nintendo games, i got this on Wii. Also i dont know how to make this happen all the time, i just know it will happen after you do the mission the first time, but some times you will get ruppies or special milk

yeah first time you get the mask, but if you do the mission again after that you will ether get a hug, some ruppies or some milk, but i dont know what triggers what

I missed out on that one, which is odd considering how much I loved the first one.

I played through that game a few times on N64 and Gamecube. Never knew about the soft hug because I only played it to get the mask then never bothered with it again. Can't remember where I heard about it first but laughed when I finally saw it. Also for winning a second time you get a hug and she fills one of your bottles with the Chateau de Romai, that's the expensive stuff that gives you unlimited magic until you go back in time again.
