Well their K-9 Unit just has the dogs in body armour so that's what we were going with! Though added the hat in this case. :D

I like the design of the hat, and the rest of the outfit works well (not getting into the whole 'where's his pants thing). He certainly has a serious expression. And is it me or does he have some fairly large feet? Maybe he's not done growing?
