Pfft. I function like one of those old Windows '98 computers. Everyone else has upgraded and evolved while I still persist, appearing in the most unlikely places. X3

Yes, I long for a Wacom Touch and Pen, but alas, in the poorest state of the country, that one-hundred dollars doesn't come easy. I did get enough scholarship money to pay for college and have a sizeable amount left over, but all that doesn't kick in till August 20th! For Photoshop, I don't have it. Not at all. I instead used a web based program called Pixlr. It's pretty easy to use and has many of the functions photoshop has; right down to customizable brushes. And, it's all free to use.

Until Aug 20th, this shall be the way, hm?

Yeah light balls can be a pain :(

but also, I'm not sure on this one but I think that the paint program SAI is free. I hear people use that program a LOT, and I see people do speedpaints on youtube with it all the time. I don't know, maybe worth looking into, maybe not, doesn't matter either way :3
