Some time ago, 
Rukis opened up a contest for creative fan works of her collaborative work, Red Lantern (the beginning of which can be found here). While fan fiction would not be accepted due to potential legal ramifications (since Red Lantern is commercially published), a writer's only option was poetry. Though I do not consider it my strong suit, I decided to give it a shot. This is the second Red Lantern related piece of poetry I made. The first and last stanzas came in a flash of inspiration, and after that I had to finish it.
The piece is the story of Red Lantern volume 1: Between Sea and Servitude, as summerized in prose. I hope you all enjoy.
