I ended up making a version of Farran for an RP with a tribal theme. In this case, he is a shaman. Yeah, he has a sword, but he is way better at magic, mostly mysticism-based healing and standard elemental stuff. He also dabbles in nature magic and blood magic.
At any rate, I liked the sketches, so I posed them. Would be neat to have a collar and beads like that! (They are simple and it was still a pain to draw them all. I think this is the most I have used my 0.3mm pencil ever.)

The weird magic-y lines going downwards? Or the pads? Or the bracelet?
But if it is not about the shape of the hand itself, then I am not really that concerned about it. Because trying to draw magic lines without knowing what to do with them in the first place is almost always a bad thing and I would probably omit them if I had to do it again. x:
