No experiment is a failure! Especially cute ones who's feelings can be hurt. Some experiments are successes at ways to get different results than you were looking for. Poor Wes, not only is he labeled as "failed" by the government, but everybody thinks he's a bat :( Dead giveaway? That's not a bat tail.
