Dyndase , an ethereal dragon from outer space , slayed by inter-dimensional police after wrecked havoc on earth.

From then , he was raised by a inter-dimensional police and was taught to use his power only for good.
This armor is designed by the inter-dimensional polices to prevents him from transforming back to his former self. He fights by channeling his ethereal energy from certain part of his armor. Mostly he use hand to hand combat + projectile energy.

He joins the inter-dimensional police afterward.
