Experimenting with brush pens.
I'm not sure how to really get white in there. I was using a gel pen but it's annoying for large areas. I'm thinking about white ink, but that is scary because I don't want to ruin my new pens!! D:
Unhappy with things about this. Really liking other things. I sort of re-did and finished a sketch I did of Layra on a table at work.I sort of wish I scanned in the sketch of this before I colored it. I was too excited though. XD
Things got a bit muddy in the face because that was before I figured out these pens.
My colorless blender is already all mangled. :P

All your real media work is exciting. I like this particularly because it suggests that you had to puzzle and work through some of the elements.
You can use white acrylic ink and a very fine brush without having to murder any of your pens. I use acrylic ink a good deal, and can get very fine lines. Give it a shot! :3

When I work real media I fall in love with sketches :P I don't feel like sketches as an entity ever gets enough credit!
I want to eventually put a real background on this so she's not falling into strange brown abyss. I'm probably going to go in with acrylics to do that since I have to paint over that brown. Who knows when I'll ever do that. This might just fall into an almost successful failure haha. I sort of wish I scanned my sketch!
