- By buying an adoptable, you are agreeing to the following rules.
-All prices are USD.
-If interested in a design, leave a comment. Once I confirm, I will mark the adoptable as HELD for you. This hold will last for up to three days. If I haven't received payment by the fourth day, I will put the adoptable back up. Once you pay, I will mark the adoptable as SOLD.
-I will give the unwatermarked image to the first person to leave a comment and pay. Please wait till I confirm before you pay, though! Please note that due to my unstable internet, it may take me a couple of days to get your adoptable to you. However, once your adoptable is marked as SOLD, you can start using the design.
-You may buy as many as you want. Yes, even entire sets.
-Once you get the design, you can change whatever you'd like, such as hair, clothing and accessories, name, gender or even species.
-You don't have to, but if you decide to tweak the design, I'd love to see what you do with it! I also love to see when people draw my adoptables.
-Please let me know if the character will be a one-time feeder/food. You can tell me this by note, if you need to. I am often willing to let characters go for this purpose, but I would like to have the decision. If I find that you have used the character for this purpose without telling me, I retain the right to take the adoptable back and deny you a refund.
-If you post the unwatermarked image I give you of your adoptable in your gallery, please credit the art as mine. You are buying the design, but I still retain rights to the initial art of the adoptable. Any art you do yourself does not require credit, of course.

no worries. but it would be a good idea to let them know that King of dunces IS the original owner, and that this other person is a thief. Ive followed KOD for ages now. this is their style. These are like tons of other adopts KOD has done. report webbey if you can. KOD wrote a journal about this.

Some people will also only use the character once for a single picture, and then consider them dead. That's basically what I consider a one-time feeder character. I'd much prefer to know ahead of time, so that I'm not selling a character design I am fond of to a person who definitely only be using them once!

I really am inclined to disagree.
kingofdunces has a very consistent art style among their drawings particularly of adoptables dating back by to 2011.
Using these particular lines the big cats date back a month ago in kingofdunces gallery where they posted a full sheet of six big cats.
The red panda adopt lines were posted two days ago in a full page of six adopts.
Finally the Misc page which has both a big cat and a red panda were posted a day ago compared to the two adopt pages "webbley-adopts" posted approximately 10 hours ago.
The three new linearts on this misc sheet are consistent with the previous adoptable art and despite other artists being able to match others in drawing style it is still incredibly difficult to match an art style that quickly.
On top of all this the "webbley-adopts" account is only two months old which isn't very reputable, and has only two deviations which are the works in question of theft now.
If "webbley-adopts" can produce a larger full sized image in better quality of the original lineart than kingofdunces can I will reconsider my statements above. However I find this highly unlikely in said situation as the odds are stacked against your argument.

If you go into my gallery, you can see that I have a significant number of adoptables in this style, as well as other art that is pretty obviously from the same person. However, the other person has only two sheets up, neither of which allow comments. That seems suspicious in comparison, doesn't it?

If you buy another adoptable from me in the future, please wait for me to confirm that I've held the adoptable before you pay for it! Sometimes people will claim adoptables by note and if someone pays before I've had the chance to confirm, it can result in two people paying for the same adoptable, which isn't fair to anybody.
But thank you for buying, regardless :3 I'll have the unwatermarked version to you in a bit!

I am developing a chara I named Skelton
he is a white skunk with black bone markings and has a black skull face marking on his face
and his eye pupil is in shape of two cross bones much like this ref

His hair is emo style with dark pink stripes.
