Shakespeare, the Industrial Revolution, the Queen, James Bond, Mr Bean, the NHS, Mike Oldfield, Muhammad Ali, yellow submarines? Completely inspired and utterly amazing.

Anyway, here's my own rendition of Team GB's own mascot! Along with the original one too of course !

Good luck to Team GB and all of the other countries competing!! Whatever happens now it'll be awesome.

Awesome piece! Amazing...

Good thing you didn't use the olympic rings, though. The olympic committee basically has gestapo out wandering around London fining people tens of thousands of dollars for displaying the rings if they aren't a sponsor. Pitiful.

That did cross my mind, they've gone after anything and everything! I was going to have them stretched right across behind the lion regardless, but in the end it didn't really work :P

I love it! I thought the organizers and Danny Boyle did a fantastic job, and this is from an American! I enjoyed it far more than beijing's opening ceremony

It's good to see everyone enjoyed it besides from just the Brits! Some stuff in there alot of Brits wouldn't know about (to their shame!), never mind all the other countries out there! Granted it'd be pretty hard to not enjoy a spectacle like that regardless!
