Cleo (the pirate) and Cassie (the witch) have convinced their friiend Katie to go Trick or Treating with them. How they were able to get her to wear that dress is beyond me (and she is regretting it as I speak).

I'd love to take full credit for the costume design, but they were actually based on real costumes that I saw at Spencer's Gifts. I just modified them to fit the pic (and I shortened the skirts to take them from "mildy-trampy" to "downright inappropriate"
