Try this simply sensational stir-fry from the kitchens of  achpup

Chicken Stir fry with ranch sauce i just made mmm soo good too

Recipe:
1 Green and Red Peppers 1/2 a Red onion and 2 whole chicken breasts
Bake chicken in the oven with salt pepper and a dash of cayne pepper untill cooked about 20-30 min depending on the size of the chicken.

add oil to wok and fry onions in butter( i use garlic butter) for a few minutes add peppers for 2 minutes just enough to heat.
slice chicken and put into a container add 3-4 tablespoonfulls of ranch dressing. shake well untill all the chicken was coverd.

on a bed of rice place ur mix of veggies and then lay chicken on top.

serves 1 dubble for 2 :)

u can add some extra ranch sauce afterwards too :) i love ranch sauce. mmm.. anyway off to eat.. enjoy :D
