EDIT: Apparently the 'Submission Category' option actually affects more than how your submission is categorized on FA. Specifically, categorizing something as 'Flash' means you can ONLY upload an .swf file. As I don't have Flash and can't put things in said file type, this was a poor decision to use to categorize my .gif animation. This wouldn't have been a serious problem, except that FA would then not allow me to change the Submission Category because... I dunno, it's a jerk. So re-upload time. Sorry about the double submission guys.
