Balt (short for Baltimore) is the leader of the team of builders hired by Tailswisher to construct additional facilities near the Wayward Inn for the ever increasing number of patrons and their needs. However, the surface construction is only a cover for a much larger project going on underground.
Balt may look like just a heavy lifter, but he is a very talented engineer. He spends a few hours around the Inn directing some of the workers building before disappearing underground to work on the more important secret project.
