Well, I mean, I do see the rest of me behind the scene, but yes, one little part of my tail is physically under the table.

To be 'drunk under the table' by someone is an expression/idiom/saying in English, wherein one person is able to continue drinking much longer than another, as if causing the weaker one to fall down to the floor, too drunk to continue, or passed out. Actually being UNDER the table has little to do with it.
