The perfect cake to have after the appocolyps, celebrate the zombie in you with this delightfully decorated zombie cake from the kitchens of  mylordslover...Oh the blood and horror of it all.

I made this for a Zombie movie party, and it was TONS of fun to do!

You will need:
--cake--:
-1 box of Betty Crocker's Devil's Food Cake Mix
-3 eggs
-1 1/4 cup of water
-1/2 cup of oil
Follow directions on the box, use a 13x9 cake pan.

--Icing:--
-2 sticks of butter (soft)
-4 cups of sifted powdered sugar
-1 tsp vanilla
-2 tbsp milk
directions: cream butter. add sifted powdered sugar a few spoon-fulls at a time until all mixed. add milk and vanilla, mix thoroughly.

--decorations:--
-Any variation of bright green sprinkles
-Bright green decoration sugar
-Red food color
-Eye dropper
directions: ice cake before decorating. Getting the cake crumbs in the icing is ok, looks like dirt! sprinkle the decoration sugar in corners, making the covering lighter as you move out. Add other green sprinkles for that 'infected' look. Take the eye dropper, get some red food coloring in it, and drip it onto the cake for the 'blood' effect. If you want the bullet hole effect like in mine, take a toothpick and create lines with the food color drops. For some extra fun, stick a deadly looking knife into the cake and add some food coloring onto it! :D
