Written (scribbled) onto a legal pad around August of this year, after taking a look at the sky from my back porch. All my good poems write themselves, and this one was no exception, even though I've never had anything like this come into my head before.
Took me 30 minutes to an hour in MSPaint, as every line had to be created separately and cut-and-pasted into place. The second and third lines had to have each letter individually positioned. I was moderately frazzled by the time I finished, as you might imagine, but as I finished with every little detail exactly the way I wanted it, I'd say it was worth it. ^^
