Yes, the picture is actually finished. I didn't forget to color in her skin. Reason being is the girl who requested this at work asked to keep her skin color blank so it matches her skin color when she gets the tattoo.

I really hope I got this right for her. Coloring the fins was a challenge, she wanted it two toned and I thought to use the darker blue as a shadow, while the light pale green would be the actual color of her tail and act as the highlighted part.



I honestly want to keep this for myself and finish it by coloring her skin in :/ meh...
