Tatters is a toony werewolf I built several years ago. He debuted at RainFurrest 2009. I used him as the example in my "Cheap Costuming" panel there, too, since he was constructed rather inexpensively ($150, all materials).

I'm happy with how he came out. Has a fair amount of character, is a bit jaunty and toony. Also he's pretty easy to perform in and not insanely hot (just moderately hot).
