Well This is a picture of the make up I did I saw no makeup tutorials on FA so I decided to make one :P
You will need Four colors

Pale Blue, shimmer darker blue, black and tealish green

1. PRIMER

2. Apply pale blue eye shadow first on eyelid

3. Apply darker blue half way to the outer eyelid

4.Apply Black from end of bone to the end of eye like so ( ) <-- in that fashion

5. Apply Tealish green eyeshadow lining the brow

And finish!

If you want you can add Mascara, which I did just not on the bottom lash if you want to do more flare than you can but yes This makeup was dedicated to My mate cause he said so Azurii make up and I'm okay I will lol xD so I painted my face and thats what it looks like but I used Eyeshadow from a place called Ultra beauty, the makeup is low quality but it does the job, For mascara I used either Lash Blast Volume or Avon any questions let me know :3
