This one is a monthly meet in Downers Grove
And my suggestion is to wait until you can afford a good quality suit.
You wont be able to get a decent suit with just $300
Plus you are only 14, and your body might develop a bit yet, and then a suit might not fit as well.
You can get a decent partial suit for about $600-$700 buck minimum.
But seriously.... wait a few years.
You'll be a bit more responsible and ready to take care of a suit then.
Do some research too on how to care for them and also look into how other suiters act and perform so you can get a style down!
