Born into a clan of nomads, Oz has spent most his life making few friends but maintaining a strong bond with family. Due to the nature of his clan's existance (banishment from many lands), his lineage made to create a style of fighting/entertainment that consisted of dance and martial arts. This style allows for them to earn coin on the street, while at the same time be fit for any squabbles with law men and unfriendly things.

Always moving, Oz is nigh impossible to hit, which is good since one good strike could severly harm him. Casually spinning in his fingers while fighting are 2 incredibly sharp and light chakrams; paired with a mystic flute said to be played by a world-reknown revolutionary, Oz presents a formidable challenge to any who dare confront him.

This charming young lad is a combination of Oz and Milos/Tenet, 2 previous characters of mine now rolled up into a newly designed persona. He doesn't wear see-through pants, by the way, they are opaque.
