She has been helping me develop my characters a lot more lately, and so I'm getting some pretty interesting ideas for pictures as well.
Shorebucks is exactly what you think it is :| I don't feel comfortable using actual brand name anything in my drawings (plus it's kinda illegal), so Shorebucks was born. Its kinda a beach coloured/themed starbucks if you can imagine that.
They both like pretty nice in their uniforms don't they?

I rather like this piece, it gives off a nice cozy feeling. I look at Nila and all I can think of her is saying "Hello, what can I get for you hun?" She has that nice, warm and sincere expression on her face.

I love everything about this piece. I'd frequent this coffee house quite often, even if I didn't want any coffee. Nila just has a mix of warmth and a little wry humor to her expression w/ the quirked eyebrows, that would have me coming back as a repeat customer regardless of whether I was in the mood for coffee.
