Brief:
She was brought up in the richest part of canterlot. Her parents were very powerful unicorns and brought her up very strictly.
Even though she was an earth pony no one treated her differently mainly due to her stunning golden coat and rainbow hair.
It wasn't a dusty golden, like that of a lion, it was a true gold almost resembling gold coins.

She has since learnt that her uni parents are not her real parents.
They told her that when she was born her real parents left her with them and vanished into the night with their own daughter.
Goldie doesn't believe this to be true and is now traveling to find the truth herself
