Trademark move: He's got a few, all revolving around his combat style that uses the leaves on his arms and the long one on his head for Leaf Blade attacks in varying combinations. Each signature attack is designated as a Single, Double or Triple Blade technique, depending on the number of Leaf Blades he forms for the attack. His signature Finisher is known as the Triple Blade -- Verdant Hurricane, which takes advantage of the three blades and his dizzying top speed to catch the opponent in a cyclone of slashing leaves.

Background: By his own confession, Erik Maycer was raised by "clean-cut parents, in a clean-cut neighborhood, around clean-cut kids", and that this social atmosphere was what eventually led him to find ways to rebel against the morals and ideals that his upbringing had tried forcing on him. This path of passive-aggressive rebellion, which included stints with heavy metal, smoking and tattoos, culminated with his joining with Team Rocket and, eventually, signing on for their Were-Pokémon project.
Personality: Erik can easily come off as arrogant and brash, and often seems to have an air of smug independence about him. He takes fighting seriously, and is quick to respect and ally himself with those who can prove they're better than he is without stooping to underhanded and dirty fighting techniques; he shows a certain level of loyalty to these acknowledges betters, but still tends to operate by his own book.
