A wolf that was in a pretty bad accident, but he could be rebuilt. We made him faster, stronger, better.

The speaker in his throat is a nice touch.
Does he sound mechanical when he speaks?
A possible continuation could be he gets into ANOTHER horrible accident and is entirely automated!!

And as far as how he would sound. Think of those heavy smokers that get the same thing in there throat, and you'll have a generall idea. lol
