"Billy Boi is a Toy! Is it a He? A She? Neither or Both? Anyway you look at it, Billy Boi just wants to have fun!"
The above tagline is for a character I have done in the past, but have recently revised the look for in my never ending exploration of weird characters with fluid genders. Like Tony the Toy, Billy is an artificial creation made to serve and give pleasure to mankind. Unlike Tony, who has a very anthro-mouse toon look, Billy is decidedly human in appearance. Question is, which way does Billy swing? Answer is: any which way is desired!
Basically the costume consists of a hot pink spandex zentai, lots of brightly colored clothing layers, topped off with a CFX silicone Dollface mask which I've had for a few years now, and which is being sent back for a new paintjob in the future. And a Japanese punk rocker wig to top it off!
