"But WHY is the rum gone?"


Been artblocked lately; nothing I try to draw turns out. This is especially frustrating b/c I still have AC commissions due to very nice, very patient people who no doubt would have put in an appearance on my doorstop and pummeled me with pimento loaves had they but known where I reside. ^_^;

So, in an attempt to break the artblock, I drew a kiwi.

It is very hard to mess up a kiwi.

Thus the image turned out okay. Huzzah! ~throws confetti~

On the other hand, it is perhaps obvious that the total number of actual palm trees and actual coconuts that I have seen could be counted on one hand, with plenty of fingers left over. Ah well.

Microns and Prismacolors (markers and colored pencils) on drawing paper. Yays.
