I really don't play enough flirtier male characters. Or at least actually reasonably nice ones. No wonder I'm only actually writing for the male side of one relationship. Still, maybe this guy will even up the score a bit.

Personality:
Camille is a rather textbook case of an ethical hedonist; being highly intent upon getting whatever pleasure he can out of life; particularly when sexual pleasures come into play; as evidenced by his rather open attitude to his bisexuality and his often unsettling eagerness to flirt with just about anyone he meets. However, unlike many boys his age with similar attitudes (albeit rarely towards other males) Camille is very honest in his aim for shared enjoyment rather than aiming for any sort of bragging rights or ulterior motives; and is all too happy to be part of just about any activity if it’ll be entertaining for all involved.

All in all Camille is a very friendly person even if his views can be a bit confronting and his opinions a little blunt (and arguably a little shallow); having a very open-minded view of the world and its people; and a fairly good sense of humour to boot. His eagerness and tendency to be a little arrogant does land him on more than a few people’s bad sides, though; and while eager to please for the most part he can be lazy on occasion; often the worst possible occasions. Also, while he is generally respectful of others’ views he doesn’t listen to even constructive criticism as to his attitude; and anyone who vocalises any disrespect for his way of life can expect to be outright ignored.

Interests:
Despite his membership in the Guild Camille seems fairly disinterested in most actual work he does for the organisation; instead simply enjoying the chances to meet new people and have a decent enough pay to party every day. He still certainly works for his wage and for his rank isn’t half bad; if a little reckless courtesy of his age and attitude. However, Camille really focusses on his partying over his training despite his job; having a lifestyle no doubt envied by many his age; layered with the predominant themes of sex, drugs and… well, probably more dub-step or house music nowadays rather than rock’n’roll; but the idea is there anyway. Rather copious amounts of alcohol are no doubt included too.

Of course, Camille isn’t quite that shallow; he has his personal interests and aims too. Having grown up amongst his rather artistic mother Camille has picked up a notable talent for painting; especially when it comes to more modern and abstract artwork rather than the traditional style favoured by most in the current times. While he doesn’t think much of his little hobby and doubts many are interested in it if anyone does dare ask why that pipe is not a pipe they can expect quite a talk about the symbolism involved… although few really pay the boy’s actions much mind beyond his loud and arguably obnoxious promiscuousness.

Camille is more well known amongst the Guild’s members for his other hobby-based skill; that of his rather respectable skill at mixing drinks; an unsurprising trait for someone so involved with alcohol and the like given his hedonistic lifestyle; although in truth he considers his skill in making milkshakes that he learnt alongside his prowess with cocktails to be more interesting and practical. He occasionally set up shop mixing such drinks for his comrades in the Guild’s lounge when he can get away with it for the sake of practice rather than profit; although anyone interested will have to deal with his usual flirting.

Biography:
Camille originally grew up in his homeland of France; albeit in its more rural areas rather than from any of the country’s major cities; working even during his childhood in the family’s winery and enjoying most every minute of it, as his family was anything if not supportive. Growing used to having a consistent and even paid part in his parents’ business Camille practically ended up paying part of his schooling; although in the end his family could only really allow for primary and public schooling rather than any sort of elite education.

However, one could easily say that Camille prospered due to his choice in high school; learning a lot from and fitting well into the teenage social environment; soon becoming the party-boy he is currently. Not all was well for the Buizel, though; as his bisexuality unsurprisingly caused him a lot of psychological trouble and social trouble until he truly learnt to accept his nature; and as evidenced by the hedonistic outlook he picked up he certainly embraced the trait.

There was only so much the social butterfly could do in the quiet town he lived in, though; and thus once he’d graduated from high school the urge to travel became too much for the young boy and thus he ended up heading overseas to Isle del Luna; swiftly falling in love with Port Celestino’s nightlife and variety in people and cultures; really only taking his place in the Guild for need of a job.

He soon ended up caught up in the organisation’s combat with the present calamity, though; and although not really keen on getting himself too entrenched in the dangers and responsibilities such an event offered Camille does want to help deal with at least the humanitarian side of the chaos’ aftermath… well, so long as he gets paid.

Appearance/Clothing:
Unsurprisingly for his age and attitude Camille generally bases his look on his boyish charm; with his ruffled hair and youthful appearance doing a fine job of managing the style; while his rather cutesy species only helps his case even more. Despite his athletic work Camille is a bit of a short and sleek boy; having little visible proof of muscles; although he’s far from scrawny nor chubby. Some even say that he has a girl’s hips given his slender frame; although said people generally don’t get much warning before they end up getting one of the Buizel’s tough tails slamming into their face.

While his choice in clothing is fairly eclectic given his constant partying and the varied clubs he ends up in Camille is generally more one for simpler clothes like shirts and jeans or trousers rather than heavier or fancier clothes. For the most part when it comes to his hanging about the Guild Camille can be found with just a white tee and a pair of typical light blue jeans on; occasionally along with a rather cutesy blue scarf; although when it comes to field work he’s more partial to wearing grey cargo pants seeing as jeans aren’t really good for running in.

Strengths:
While he doesn’t focus on his athletic skills and certainly doesn’t pride himself on his strength Camille is still no pushover in his fighting or dexterity; at least given his age. His naturally small frame lends itself well to his species’ speedy nature and with his watery close-combat moves on hand he’s quite good at catching his foes post-haste and laying into them with his tail-based combat style; and although his stamina isn’t great he is quick-witted enough to be able to rely on his agility to make up for his lack of defensiveness; dodging a surprising amount of the attacks his loud nature can attract.

Although not really stellar when it comes to his physical abilities Camille’s charm and charisma make him quite a handy member of the Guild; his happy-go-lucky nature making him hard to consistently dislike for most although his bluntness can be a problem, and his open-mindedness making him easy to get along with for most. And while some might argue it the Buizel is quite the attractive fellow all-in-all; partially for his looks and partially for his fun personality; and his artistic nature generally only adds to his charm; generally making his hedonistic lifestyle possible while still keeping him from seeming unlikeable or selfish.

Weaknesses:
Camille’s inexperience makes him easy prey for even petty crooks that are older than him; and his youth and lack of training only add to his issues with combat and otherwise physical activities despite his natural agility. His reckless attitude and lack of defensive abilities and general skill also make him a bit of a pushover; and his focus on his watery abilities leave him rather easy to trump with anything that is fairly resilient to the element.

While reasonably selfless and friendly Camille is also often far too loud and blunt in his personality for many people; and his teasing mannerisms tend to get on people’s nerves fairly quickly. His ignorance of almost all criticism directed at him doesn’t help matters either and leave him seeming sort of closed-minded when it comes to his own choices; even though he’s so open to others’. His openness regarding his sexuality and tendency to flirt with others also makes him rather confronting and sometimes offensive to others; even though he has good intentions at heart.

Moves:
Aqua Ring: As a bit of a show off Camille tends to use this move more for the sake of its aesthetics rather than its advantages in combat; enjoying the ability to give himself that extra layer of prettiness with an elegant series of rings of water around himself; having become good enough at the move to make the presence of the water he himself is suspended in as per the move practically invisible; making it really seem like he’s just swimming in air were it not for the rings of azure water around him that signify the bubble’s boundaries; although he’d be quick to argue that they only add to the illusion. Of course, as per the move’s practical effects such suspension in his element does aid in his natural regeneration to a noticeably effective degree; although he rarely actually uses the move in combat.
Aqua Jet: While a bit of an odd boy Camille still stands by his species’ signature move; being just as capable as any Buizel or Floatzel to pull off the water-lubricated seal-like slide or the underwater boost that the move encompasses; with little to express his individuality in the way he does it. The move makes up part of Camille’s fighting style, though; using the slide to jet himself up to his foe so he can follow up with his proper offensive abilities; although being hit with a watery living missile does rather hurt in the first place.
Aqua Tail: Despite it being something of an unconventional form of fighting Camille bases his combat style predominantly on use of his tails alongside his arms and legs; using his ability to layer his tails with high pressure water to give them enough punch to measure up to more conventional and simple fighting styles.
Attract: Although Camille is certainly quite the looker on his own merits he isn’t above giving anyone who strikes his fancy a bit more of a deluxe treatment; albeit only with their consent; seeing as tampering with people’s minds to make one look better is pretty arrogant even by Camille’s standards. Of course, this move certainly has its benefits in combat and other less trivial situations too; seeing as having that little bit more charisma is often what separates a mission’s success of failure… and unlike many of his compatriots in the Guild Camille certainly isn’t above using his looks to get his way.
