Idea: a dragon that eats thoughts and turns them into flame. Lights people on fire from the inside out and is itself immune to fire. Enjoys immolating people who think too hard and consuming the thoughts of wizards and sorcerers.

for a sec i thought i was fire exploding out of his head as if something targeted him....till i read the description, makes more sense now
Looks good, although i think you could have done something different with the fire bursting out of his head; the colour is fine. Since it is a dragon that eats thoughts and turn them into fire why not make his fire breath even deadlier, that way you can have fire like smoke coming out of his eyes to show his superior mind powers, idk just a suggestion but overall not too bad
