This is not a new character this is sarah and also renamed I wanted to updated sarah and give her a whole new look and name so here she is Bell with a cute look,i removed the lip stick she had on the lower lip and the eye shadow i kepted the colors the same of hers but moved the tat to the left sholder and made her hair up then down some and gave her new clothes
