Chiaka is one of the Rainmakers series of RAGE cards available at www.rainydaypaperback.com/rainmakers.pdf. This is a supplemental set to the original RAGE card game form Wizards of the Coast.

Chiaka is a Cape Hunting Dog (pretty obviously), and this is her Crinos form, smiling at you. She's being polite at the moment.

She is described as being Nigerian and can prevent an opponent from shapeshifting.
