Wow, that was a pain in the ass. It took about 4 hours to ink this, dammit! Surely there is an easy way to ink digitally. -sigh-

I had been listening to the song Black Velveteen when this image popped into my head. I knew Seel's b-day was soon and she had just done those great drawings of her character in cute slip dresses. So voilà!
