I don't have anything planned for this character, but he popped into my mind while I was working on two other designs. So here you go, Monochrome, a Care Bear for the Internet generations. He spends way too much time online, always wears dark sunglasses because he likes how he looks in 'em - never wears them over his eyes tho'. He may not be the One, but he's certainly less-than-three, as evidenced by his emblem.

More than likely he's also come up with some way to do the "Care Bear Stare" over the internet.
