The Freefall Welcome basket
If you'v ever read Freefall, you know that every so often the main character muses on some inventions (e.g.: "Humans have invented a lot of things. I wonder why they never came up with canned haggis?")
The Freefall forums have made this into a recurring joke: whenever a new person arrived all of these invetions (and I do mean all of them) are "given" to the new person in a pretty little basket called "The Welcome Basket"
However, even before joining, I've thought this might be... a bit of a problem to handle... when you're three and a half inches tall
