My first character had the Skyrim equivalent of these as her go-to weapons for quite a long while, since I'd gone Light Armor smithing and couldn't make Ebony or Daedric daggers. Now I hear there's an expansion with dragonbone weapons, and I rage because those really should've been in the core game, to equalize both tracks of smithing weaponwise. >;3

Lined has dashed lines wherever there is a valley or a mountain fold. Lineless doesn't have those for better looks (and somewhat increased difficulty). The pad versions have an extra padding around parts. If you build with some imprecision (no one is 100% precise), there might be white lines where flaps meet other parts. This is countered by the padding.
